The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing general customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.
Assist with customer service inquiries.
