- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide excellent customer support and assist with inquiries or concerns - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members - Coordinate and assist with event planning and organization - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform order entry tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and appearance We offer competitive pay based on experience.
