Summary:
Mass Harvest is a mobile post-harvest service, helping cultivations within their harvesting operations. Our goal is to be efficient, trustworthy, and friendly within all post-harvest operations. Harvesters responsibilities include trimming cannabis, pre-roll manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, as well as defoliating, bucking, planting seeds, transplanting, and cleaning services. Whatever the customer needs, we work together as a team to make happen! Starting salary is $16 per hour. We offer a daily incentive bonus program based on production. After our harvesters train and work hard to become highly skilled, achieving high production rates, we share the profits after certain production numbers are achieved, with production numbers varying on the service type. Applicants must be 21 years of age and not possess a felony conviction. Applicants must pass a background check and receive approval to be a marijuana agent by the state. Applicants must have their own vehicle to commute to multiple job sites. (MH works with you to place you at locations within your willing commute time).Function
